| Description |
First, wastewater following collecting sewer flows into the Screen bar to move big waste, then flows to Sand settling tank to move sand and big suspended sediments. Then wastewater transported in sewer drainage flows into Equalization tank.
In Equalization tank, wastewater is pumping into Mixing tank. At mixing tank, treated chemical is added and mix with water to make reactions.Wastewater is flowed into Floation tank.
When the floating propulsive force enough strong, foam – air complex will float on surface of water and is get out by plastic moving bar which is fit on the top of tank. Beside, the floating tank can do settling function. On the other hand, wastewater is mixed with substances which make pH and agglomerate substance, so there is agglomerate process in the floating tank. Besides, motor for mixing is used for making cotton. Big sludge agglomerate seed which settled off the bottom of tank, will be put out by output valves. Hence, BOD, COD content reduce down a large quantity after via the floating tank.
Wastewater from water though of floating tank to Floating filter tank from bottom to top through filter material. The bacterium in wastewater stick to floating biomass and they were killed because of limited living condition.
After treatment, wastewater is getting on permission standard: TCVN 5945:2005
