Viet A Chau Private company (VITACO., LTD) wasestablished in 1992, originated from a General Trading company, In 1996 we came to a decision to invest in production field of footwear's accessories. At that time, most of materials for footwears were imported from overseas countries. So to take part in the policy to produce products to substitute for imported cargoes, we invested in building a factory and importing production lines from Korea, Japan and Italy to manufacture all kinds of PU, TPR, soles.

With brand new modern equipments, advanced technology paralled with technical training for the workers from experienced Korean and Japanese engineers, PU soles products of VITACO have substituted the equivalent imported ones and VITACO have become the first company to manufacture and supply high quality PU soles in Vietnam.
In order to meet the increasing diversified demand of accessories for footwears industry, in 1998 we invested in a new factory to make PU Synthetic Leather, PU Coated, Action Leather with high technology for the industries of footwears, garment, hand bags, furnitures. Korean enginners were also invited to train our engineers and workers. With the quality totally equivalent to imported products but at competitive prices, more and more customers, locally as well as foreign ones, have become our customers to use the products. In 2003, we built an additional factory to produce EVA slippers and sandals line, Moulds factory to make different kinds of moulds, i.e., by casting and CNC. materials to be used is steels, aluminium, woodens and epoxy...
Toghether with that our quality management system has been approved and certified by BVQI and DNV for ISO 9001-2000; SA 8000:2001 with the recognition of UKAS (UK) and SAI.
The products of of Viet A Chau company have been utilized with increasing quantities by local companies, joint venture companies, foreign-invested companies in Vietnam.
In June 2006, our company set up a VAC-Four Colors Stage system to trade in fashion shoes, sandals for a wide range of customers from Childs to Adults and the system was developed to 5 shops (Showroom) in HCM city and Domestic Sales Agent in April 2007.
With the establishment of VAC-Four-Color Stage we expect to distribute the Viet A Chau brand products to local and overseas customers with the following criteria:

With continuous effort to stydy and listen to th consumers, in October 2007 VAC developed a new product line, VAC helmet, aiming to contribute a safe facility to our society.
In the process of operation, Viet A Chau company has gained many awards on quality and designs of products. Especially in 2006, we honorably received "Viet Golden Star" award granted and organized by Vietnam Young Businessmen Association and the award for "Skillful Manager" certified by General Labour Union of Vietnam in order to select the products, brand names which meet the criteria for international competitiveness that typically represent Vietnam in the process of integrating into international economic community.
