VIETNAM NATIONAL TEXTILE AND GARMENT CORPORATION - DANANG BRANCH – called VINATEX DA NANG, was a member of VIETNAM GARMENT JOINT STOCK CORPORATION at DA NANG, was merger of Textile union branch and Garment union branch at Da Nang.

In 2002

DANANG TEXTILE MANUFACTURING EXPORRT IMPORT COMPANY was established from merger of Vietnam National Textile Garment Corporation at Da Nang and Thanh Son Textile Garment Company-called VINATEX DANANG. The headquarter was at No 25 Tran Quy Cap Street Da Nang City.

In 2005

DANANG TEXTILE MANUFACTURING EXPORRT IMPORT Company was renamed DANANG TEXTILE MANUFACTURING EXPORRT IMPORT JOINT STOCK ENTER PRISE – called VINATEX DANANG.

In 2008

In 01/07/2008, DANANG TEXTILE MANUFACTURING EXPORRT IMPORT JOINT STOCK ENTER PRISE was renamed VINATEX DANANG JOINT STOCK COMPANY.
