Sản xuất theo tiêu chuẩn: ASTM D2240; D412; D865; JIS G 4303; JIS G 3101; TCVN.
Quy cách sản phẩm:
- Đệm va cầu cảng:
Loại ống trụ Ф300 x 2000 ÷ Ф1200 x 3000.
Loại L, V, HA, ... chiều cao (H): từ 150 ÷ 1000 mm.
- Đệm tựa tàu: Loại xốp và khí Type A, Type B: Ф1200 x 2000 ÷ Ф3500 x 7000. Sản phẩm có độ bền cơ lý cao, phản lực (RF) từ 80T ÷ 395T, chịu môi trường làm việc sông, biển, chịu khí hậu nhiệt đới.
- Trục lô cao su (Rulô): Từ Ф50 ÷ Ф1500, cao su chịu mài mòn, chịu lực nén cao, chịu hoá chất, ... Rulô cao su các loại trơn, rãnh khía (bao gồm cả chế tạo mới và bọc lại phần cao su hỏng). |
