If you knowingly and willfully falsify or conceal a material fact from this Factory Profile, We shall immediately deny all our commitment of placement of production orders to you and you will be excluded permanently from our list of co-operating manufacturers.

Certification:

I, Le Thi Bich Tran, President of Son Chinh SJC., hereby conscientiously pledge and declare:
1- That NO goods conversed by your future placement of orders shall be manufactured, fabricated, assembled or processed, in whole or in part, by one or more individuals who:
a- Are under the age of fifteen (15); or
b- Are serving any imprisonment sentence AND THAT they shall contain NO materials, components of part that be manufactured, fabricated, assembled or processed by one or more individuals who:
a- Are under the age of fifteen (15); or
b- Are serving any imprisonment sentence.

2- That the information provided in the Factory Profile is given to the best knowledge and is an accurate description of the condition and operation our facility as the date of my signature and should there be any subsequent changes whatsoever, I shall inform or cause a personnel-in-charge to inform you of such changes as soon as possible.
