On March 20, 2001, Corporation of construction No. 7 presents the Document no. 144/CT - KHKT to the Administrative board of Vinaconex Cooperation. The document is about the investment on Premium Safe Glass Production Chain. On March 30, 2001 Chairman of the Administrative Board publish the Document no.190/VC-DT to approve the investment.The construction of the Premium Safe Glass Production Chain, which produces 120.000 meter square of safe glass preyer, is assigned to Corporation of construction No. 7.

- According to the Document No. 920/VC-ÐT , published by the Administrative board of Vinaconex Cooperation, the factory is located in Quang Minh Industrial Zone, Me Linh, Vinh Phuc province (now administered by Hanoi).

- After approval of the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc Province, Corporation Building No.7 was conducting legal procedures and executing construction projects. The project started in August 2001 and to be completed in November 2002 after the trial run under the supervision and guidance of experts of Finland. , The opening day of the factory was on May 3, 2003. The first products of the factory was in time for the new high class urban zone Trung Hoa Nhan Chinh.

The production chain imported from Glassrobots Oy company in Finland. Materials to produce safety glass is high quality glass form company's Vietnam-Japan joint (VFG), PVB film (special plastic film) are imported from Trosifol (Germany) and Solutia (USA) . Modern technology and high quality materials ensures premium quality and superior products of under the name VSG.

Although officially went into production by January 2003 but so far our products have been supplied to installation for the new urban area such as Trung Hoa Nhan Chinh and the National Sports Center and many other buildings.
