Enjoy an exciting day with a morning boat trip, a visit to Hoi An market and cook under guidance on a course of traditional Vietnamese cooking, with lunch and recipes provided.
Transport, Ingredients , recipes and also 1 small bottle of mineral water for each guest are included in the price.
The programme 8am Meet our chef at reception and relax on a boat trip of 1½ hours to Hoi An market
9.30am Visit the market, where our chef will explain about the Vietnamese products and buy items to cook and make into wonderful dishes.
10.30am Return to the hotel by Minibus.
11.00am Practice traditional Vietnamese cooking under the directions and supervision of our chef. The recipes will consist of Hoi An Spring Rolls, Banana Flower salad with pork and shrimps, Braised sea fish cooked and served in clay pot (or Chicken curry if desired )and you will be able to show, your cooking prowess.
13.00pm. Enjoy your self-prepared lunch and return home with a lasting souvenir and knowledge of your Vietnamese experience.
