32 Joint Stock Company, who had been Company No 32 – Ministry of Defense, (that) has been established and started since 1980.
At that time, it was only a small factory specializing of producing a range of Military equipment such as : Foot- wears, hats, Knapsack, army rank, Army signals ...
During the building and developing process, Company has become a prestige company in external and internal, with 5 members factories, total of labor over 2.000 people.
Export markets have been expanded over than 20 countries all over the world.
With achievements; the year of 2005, company was honored to achieve “ The Labor medals first class” by Party and State, Ministry of Defense presented Flag to be member “The leading in the Win –Emulation” in many years;
In 2006, UKAS Organization issued the Certification of quality management system standard ISO 9001:2000; in 2007, company selected one in ten enterprises to achieve appellation “The Gold Cup of Viet Nam Trademark of integration WTO” by Vietnamese Union of science and technology Association.
In 2007, the company No.32 changed successfully to Joint Stock Company, with name: 32 JOINT STOCK COMPANY

On January, 08th, 2008, the 32 Joint stock company carried out festival of shareholders (the first). Festival discussed and decided some important things such as: passing Regulations of the 32 Joint Stock Company; selecting Board of management, and Control Board.
