Establishment of the corporation based on distribution of shareholders being new natural person and legal entity in the form of a joint-stock enterprise in compliance with Bussiness Law.

In 2001, according to the orientation plan to ensure a firm and long-term development, and to take the initiative in supplying products for export at the same time, we had deployed the construction project of Seafood and Foodstuff Processing Factory at Vinh Loc Industrial Park – Ho Chi Minh City.


Over a year of construction later- from 2001 to June 2002, Seafood and foodstuff Processing Factory with a stable production capacity for value added products – 6500 MT/year had test production, and then has been producing officially since the beginning of 2003 up to now.

Incomfish factory is invested to process seafood and foodstuff in various types, and is equipped with advanced and overall technology.

From the beginning of activity, Incomfish has applied quality control system throughout producing progress to ensure high standard of quality and food safety such as : HACCP, BRC (Brittish Retail Consortium), ISO 9001:2000, IFS (Intrenational Food Standard), ACC (Aquaculture Certificate Council), MSC (Marine Stewardships Council). We are promoting to attain SA 8000 Certificate for Labour at the end of the year 2008. With these certificates, products of Incomfish can enter all supermarket system all over the world.

Besides quality control staff trained professionally, we also gather managing staff including administrators of companies in seafood processing and exporting field, with over 25-year experience in the international market.

Having primary commodities being value added products that directly enter supermarkets in Europe, Japan, United States and other choosy special markets, Incomfish is at a high competitive advantage compared with other factories in nation and area.

Incomfish is allowed to export seafood products to EU market with codes: DL 189, DL 368, NM 188 and HK 187. Besides, we also supply food to Muslim Community all over the world by means of Halal Certificate issued by the International Muslims Organization.

Incomfish is a member of Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers (VASEP) and Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

On November 29th 2006, Incomfish was issued Certificate No. 47/TTGDHN-ÐKGD for registration of common stock exchange at Hanoi Securities Trading Center and had the first trading day on December 18th 2006. After one year trading in Ha Noi, we have transferred to Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HoSE) following Decision No. 170/QÐ-SGDHCM dated December 11th 2007 of HoSE.
